Our goal is to provide you a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment to help you work towards the life you want.

The 60 minute initial assessment is designed to give the therapist an in-depth understanding of the problems you would like help with, give you more information about the treatments available, and collaboratively decide the best course of treatment plan for you. At the end of the assessment we will discuss treatment recommendations that may consist of one or more treatment modalities such as individual, group or family/parenting sessions.

Individual therapy session length is generally 45 minutes.

Group therapy session length varies from 60 to 90 minutes.

Family and parenting session lengths are generally 60 minutes.

THERAPY PROCESS

Meraki Psychology Center is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not participate with insurance companies at this time. However, depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for mental health services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, and all major Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover)
